1. Introduction

We are committed to delivering quality online learning experiences. Please review our Cancellation & Refund Policy carefully before enrolling.

2. Cancellation by the User

  • All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to the official support address.
  • If the cancellation request is received before accessing course content, a partial refund may be issued after deducting applicable administrative and processing charges.

3. Cancellation by MHP

MasterHealthPro reserves the right to cancel or postpone any course due to unavoidable circumstances (e.g., technical issues, faculty unavailability).

In such cases, users will be offered the choice of:

  • A full refund, or
  • Transfer to an alternate batch/course of their choice (subject to availability).

4. Refund Policy

  • Registration/Admission fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed only after:
    • Deducting charges for administrative, payment gateway, and any digital study materials provided.
    • Verification of cancellation eligibility.
  • No refund will be provided in case of:
    • Violation of MasterHealthPro or disciplinary policies.
    • Access or download of a substantial portion of course material or attendance of multiple live sessions.
